The RBS people are around all day, but the head of purchasing leaves at lunchtime. I seem to be making most of the running in terms of the integration planning, as they don't seem to have a clear template for the process. Hence I suggest a project to look at policy and process issues, as well as the commodity-by-commodity plans, and also that we should write to internal customers to tell them that purchasing will be leading discussions with suppliers.
